Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on product type and demand.
Shipping Times:
Shipping times vary depending on the destination and shipping method. Estimated shipping times are between 3-10 business days for domestic orders. Please note that these timeframes are estimates and delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays or customs.
Shipping Costs:
We charge a flat rate of $10 for shipping on all orders under $100. For orders over $100, shipping is on us!
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, because our products are made-to-order, we only accept returns for the following reasons:
- Damaged items
- Faulty or defective products
- Incorrect items received
Eligibility for Returns:
- You must request a return within 30 days of receiving the item.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order number) and a photo clearly showing the issue are required.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact us at contact@overlykind.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
- If your return request is approved, we will provide further instructions. Please note that returns are generally not required for damaged or defective items after photo verification.
Refunds:
Once your return request is approved, we’ll process your refund or replacement. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
