Overly Kind began with a mission to offer vegan and cruelty-free products that encouraged self-care and softness in a loud world. In our early seasons, that meant skincare, candles, journals, and jewelry. Each product was chosen with care, and many of you found comfort in them. But behind the scenes, we faced challenges that could no longer be ignored.

We made the difficult decision to part ways with a supplier who no longer reflected our values. We were also faced with the increasing cost of production and shipping, which pushed us to rethink how to create in a way that felt sustainable both financially and ethically. Walking away from products we loved was not easy, but staying aligned with our purpose mattered more.

Today, Overly Kind is returning with a clearer sense of who we are and what we want to offer. Our newest line includes soft, cozy clothing designed for everyday comfort, along with matching sports bras and scrunchies that bring joy through simple coordination. These pieces are playful, practical, and rooted in the same values we started with: care, comfort, and kindness.

We have also updated our message to reflect this new chapter. You will now see the words, A gentle brand for a softer world. Always kind. Always evolving. This is more than a slogan. It is a reflection of how we approach everything. With openness. With honesty. With a willingness to grow even when the path is uncertain.
